Squash Squash: There are two types of squash, winter and summer squash. The winter squash is available at the store late summer and fall and the summer squash are available at the store all winter. Summer squash grows fast and is usually ready in 2 months. Winter squash is grown on a vine and takes 3 or more months to mature.
